LAUNCH is a 24-month program that can lead to a full-time position with Delta Airport
Consultants. Participants will work with a team and contribute to the firm’s civil engineering projects. Rotations will include: CAD, design, planning, construction administration, field observation, project management, and corporate functions such as accounting and marketing.

LAUNCH candidates must have a B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering school. If you have a strong desire to travel, work on airports, learn and try new things, and gain exposure to all facets of consulting engineering, please let us know! Airport design and planning background, land development interest, internship/co-op experience, and E.I.T. certification a plus.

Resident Project Representative
Delta is seeking applicants for Resident Project Representatives to perform construction observation services for projects with various geographic locations.  This is a seasonal position with full-time status anticipated when actively assigned to projects.  Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior airport or highway construction experience, with supervisory experience preferred.  Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work with various parties including owners, contractors, subcontractors, as well as Delta’s staff and subconsultants.

Successful candidates must be able to travel on short notice for extended periods, and able to navigate construction sites with varying terrain and weather conditions.  Work schedule is dependent on contractor and may include extended hours, weekends, night and shift work.

Valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle for use on active project sites is required. Must be able to pass background check and driver training on airfield.
